Authorization Checklist

STEP 1:          Contact your Siemens Partner Development Manager to learn about the Siemens Partner Program benefits and requirements.
 
STEP 2:          Complete a Business Profile and Joint Business/Marketing Plan with your Partner Development Manager
 
STEP 3:          Complete, sign and forward the Siemens Reseller Agreement, Credit Application and a copy of your Sales Tax Exemption Certificate to Barbara Judex-Adams at either the mailing address below or at barbara.judex-adams@siemens.com

STEP 4:          Once Siemens HQ receives and accepts your agreement, application and business plan, Siemens will notify you of your conditional acceptance as a Siemens Partner, as well as provide you with your customer number (CMR), www.siemenspartner.net login.
 
STEP 5:          Enroll in the required sales and technical certification courses for the partnership level to which you have been conditionally accepted. Within 90 days of executing the Siemens Reseller Agreement, at least two of your employees must complete the required sales and technical certification courses and exams for the products you have been pre-approved to sell. Until two of your technicians have completed the required certifications, you must commission Siemens Services or another Authorized Siemens Partner to complete any installations and provide on-going technical support.
 
STEP 6:          Order a system to be used for customer demonstration purposes. Due to the level of discount that is provided on this system, it must remain in-house for at least one full year.
 
STEP 7:          Once all the authorization requirements have been met, you can apply for formal authorization with your Partner Development Manager. Your Partner Development Manager may require documentary evidence, such as training certificates and/or in-house/demo system photograph.
 
STEP 8:          Siemens will ship you an official “Welcome Kit” with your Partner Plaque and Handbook (i.e., "Guide for Growth). At this point, you will be eligible for all the benefits afforded Authorized Partners (e.g., Profit Builder).
