In addition to the Profit Builder program incentives, Siemens rewards its top performing partners with incremental percentage point above those stated in the partner program benefits when they surpass established revenue performance bars. The following chart depicts the additional percentage points partners are entitled to once they have overachieved their revenue targets for Product, System and Solutions Partners.

Revised Profit Builder and Revenue Incentive Program

  • Eligibility contingent on authorization and AR account status.
  • Profit Builder Funds accrued monthly, based on authorization level and net purchases.
  • Volume Kickers earned quarterly, based on net purchases relative to established revenue bars.
  • Once 3% of LOB 1-5 net purchases have been claimed and reimbursed, Partners may choose to redeem funds for cash.
  • Unused accruals expire six months after posting.
